About Us
Chatham Hall is a private all-girls preparatory
high school in Chatham, Virginia.
Chatham Hall prepares girls for college and productive, fulfilled lives. We esteem equally the intellect and character of each student. A community of honor and trust, we value our Episcopal heritage and welcome students from diverse backgrounds. Our rigorous educational program encourages intellectual growth, creative development, and personal responsibility.
Chatham Hall began its Spring Break program in South Africa in 2007. The program is intended to help our girls gain a better understanding of themselves and their place in the world through community action overseas. We have concentrated our efforts on AIDS awareness and support services, community food gardens, conservation and environmental issues, and regional human and civil rights issues.
